Relaxing place, exceptionally comfortable beds, accommodating staff. New-fashioned unit with a classic decor. Great and beautiful location so close to everything, and only about 5 minutes' walk to Exeter centre.

Everything was good, so were pleasant views of the garden and river. This stylish and relaxing hotel had central setting down to the Quay. Besides, it was near to pub next door, the Headweir Mill House and the restaurant next door. Room was updated the food was delicious, 4 stars. The staff was accommodating, amicable all the time.

The location was lovely, right next to the river with easy access to shopping centres and the Christmas market. I ate at the attached restaurant near the property.

The place was clean with an incredibly nice and accommodating staff. The location was great, to the Christmas market. What's more, it was so close to the Quay. The breakfast was very very good and had a wide array of meals.
